Manager , Brand Development - #1127425

Job Description:

• Handle Singapore and Thailand’s brand development work including advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations and event management

• Lead tactical execution of Din Tai Fung’s marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals and organizational objectives

• Plan & coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization

• Budget management for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies including strategic and analytical approach to monitor and improve ROI

• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary / R&D and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise in delivery of campaigns and projects implementation

Job Requirements:

• Well organized, meticulous, proactive with a strong sense of accountability and high achiever

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant brand management experience in the F&B/Retail/FMCG industry

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or related discipline
