Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily IT operations, manage in-house systems, and collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth and secure IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in-house systems and perform basic database management.

• Assist the IT Manager with day-to-day IT operations.

• Provide software and hardware implementation support for IT products and services.

• Conduct user/customer training on equipment and system usage.

• Drive system process improvements and support implementation activities.

• Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records.

• Evaluate IT products and assist in IT procurement when required.

• Ensure IT security controls and audit protocols are always adhered to.

• Work closely with regional and global IT teams on initiatives, production support, and administrative matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office 365, etc.).

• Experience in in-house systems support and basic database management; logistics industry experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge in system implementation, project coordination, or electronic engineering.

• Proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable interacting with end users and able to handle challenges independently.

• Exposure to internal/external IT audits and SOX compliance is an added advantage.
