Warehouse Supervisor (near to Loyang Tua Pek Kong/FMGC) - #1127387

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaging, household, and disposable products to food services, hospitality, and retail industries in Asia Pacific. Currently, they are looking for an Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

Job Details:

• Salary: $3500-$4200 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am-6pm)

• Working Location: Loyang (East area)  

Job Scope

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee daily stock movement, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate stock levels through routine cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock takes.

• Monitor expiry dates, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and manage near-expiry or damaged goods.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

2. Warehouse Operations Management

• Ensure smooth warehouse operations aligned with FMCG speed and volume requirements.

• Optimize storage layout to ensure high stock rotation efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of storage areas (5S practices).

• Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

3. Team Leadership & Workforce Coordination

• Supervise warehouse assistants, forklift/stacker operators, and contract labor.

• Plan manpower allocation based on daily workload and priorities.

• Conduct on-the-job training on SOPs, safety, and equipment handling.

• Monitor staff performance and discipline, and provide feedback or coaching.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock accuracy, KPIs).

• Validate all documents such as GRN, DO, stock movement forms, and system entries.

• Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
