Senior HR Executive

Job Description: -

· Manage the recruitment process for Staffs on-boarding and off-boarding letters and related matters.

· Responsible for the Full HR functions by using QuickHR with Application & renewal of work pass for foreign workers (If any)

· Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.

· Assist process payroll and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives etc.

· Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.

· Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, CPF Submission, MOM surveys, Yearly IR21 etc.

· Assist to submit employee related insurance and medical benefit scheme claims.

· Ensure all employee related insurance and medical claims are completed and updated.

· Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports.

· Support the daily operations of HR team.

· Other duties, ad hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned.


Job Requirements:-

· Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately.

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup, SUMIF, Microsoft Words and QuickHR
