Role & Responsibilities:
Review medical histories, screening outcomes, and risk factors to determine suitability for specific interventions.
Identify priority areas such as nutrition habits, sedentary behaviour, sleep quality, physical activity levels, and emotional well-being.
Deliver personalised lifestyle coaching tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
Provide age-appropriate advice on nutrition, physical activity, sleep routines, stress management, and healthy habits.
Develop simple lifestyle action plans (Lifestyle Prescription) with measurable objectives.
Provide parental education through take-home materials or communication via schools.
Coordinate with HPB programme officers, including attending training and updates on guidelines.
Support the smooth implementation of HPB’s school-based lifestyle programmes across assigned schools.
Maintain accurate records of student assessments, session notes, attendance, and progress reports.
Ensure timely submission of reports to the Programme Lead
Requirements:
Experience working with children or adolescents (school environment preferred).
Background in health coaching, public health, nutrition, counselling, or lifestyle programmes is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students of different ages and backgrounds.
Empathetic, patient, and encouraging coaching style.
Professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
