  • Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm (5.5-day work week)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role involves coordinating resources, ensuring food safety compliance, and supporting smooth production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate manpower, budget allocation, and operational resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Work with contractors on equipment maintenance and facility-related matters.

• Manage accurate inventory records, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.

• Coordinate with export and logistics teams for import/export planning.

• Support cross-functional tasks and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above

• 1–3 years of relevant operations experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or logistics.

• Willing to commit for overtime

• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on working style with the ability to make decisions independently.

• Experience in warehouse operations or stock management is an added advantage.
