Job Description:
Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Support payroll and benefits administration
Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee engagement and training activities
Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience preferred
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
Additional Information:
Up to $4500
1 year Contract
