About the role

As a Supplies Officer/Store Inspector at ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, you will be part of the team ensuring the efficient management and control of the warehouse operations and inventory. This full-time role is based in the Airport Road East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials and supplies to support production and maintenance activities

• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facilities and equipment

• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, storage, and distribution

• Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize warehouse operations and streamline material flow

• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Provide reports and analysis on warehouse performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aerospace or a related field

• Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices, inventory control, and materials handling

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and computerised inventory tracking

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
