What you'll be doing?

• Team Leadership & Management - Lead and inspire the Test Engineering team to deliver excellence in all server and rack product testing activities while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with customers and internal teams to implement and maintain comprehensive test programs that meet quality standards and exceed expectations.

• Technical Guidance & Innovation - Provide expert technical direction on process improvements and guide the successful introduction of new projects for various stakeholders.

• Production Support - Partner with operations teams to resolve and enhance production-related technical challenges and process efficiencies.

• Team Development - Conduct training sessions to elevate team members' skills and capabilities, creating opportunities for professional growth and knowledge sharing.

• Continuous Improvement - Actively participate in Kaizen activities to drive operational excellence and innovative solutions.

• Compliance & Standards - Engage in ISO and RBA-related activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Foundation - A Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline that provides the technical knowledge base for this challenging role.

• Industry Experience - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments, demonstrating your expertise in this specialized field.

• Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations across different teams and customers.

• Technical Proficiency - Knowledge of SAP and Linux systems, enabling you to navigate complex technical environments with confidence.

• Project Management Skills - Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to meet critical timelines while maintaining quality standards.

• Testing Expertise - Comprehensive understanding of testing methods and concepts essential for ensuring product reliability and performance.

• Programming & Problem-Solving - Programming and debugging skills that enable you to tackle technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

• Quality Improvement Experience - Demonstrated experience in tracking and analyzing both online and offline issues to develop enhanced testing strategies and implement quality improvement measures.

• Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of RBA standards to ensure ethical and responsible business practices.
