Our client is seeking a Debug Technician to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Test and analyze: Assist engineers in conducting comprehensive tests on server and rack products, analyzing failures to drive continuous improvement.

• Configure and maintain: Support and implement PXE Server configurations, while maintaining server and rack run-in test processes.

• Optimize processes: Perform and maintain burn-in and power test processes, contributing to overall production efficiency.

• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in Kaizen activities, helping to streamline operations and enhance product quality.

• Documentation and training: Update test program masterlists, prepare working instructions, and provide training to production staff.

• Support production: Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and support mass production runs.

• Quality assurance: Participate in ISO activities, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Diploma in engineering or related field, with a passion for server and rack technology.

• Experience: 1-3 years of working experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment. Candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.

• Teamwork skills: A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with peers, superiors, and occasionally customers and HQ/factory personnel.

• SAP knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems is beneficial for this role.

• Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
