We are looking for a driven individual to join our Chinese cuisine kitchen team. The role will require someone with good interpersonal skills, a team player, as well as previous experience of a similar setting. 6-day work week.

The main job responsibilities are as follows:

• Preparation of dishes for service to customers

• Preparation of food ingredients for cooking

• Ensuring that the overall cleanliness of the kitchen is kept

• Ensuring proper storage of ingredients as per SFA regulations and Company rules

• Assist with the planning and creation of new menu items, seasonal dishes, etc.

• Assist to oversee overall kitchen operations and ensure best practices are in place

• Admin matters as required by direct supervisors
