We are looking for a driven individual to join our Chinese cuisine kitchen team. The role will require someone with good interpersonal skills, a team player, as well as previous experience of a similar setting. 6-day work week.
The main job responsibilities are as follows:
Preparation of dishes for service to customers
Preparation of food ingredients for cooking
Ensuring that the overall cleanliness of the kitchen is kept
Ensuring proper storage of ingredients as per SFA regulations and Company rules
Assist with the planning and creation of new menu items, seasonal dishes, etc.
Assist to oversee overall kitchen operations and ensure best practices are in place
Admin matters as required by direct supervisors
