Accountant - Group Consolidation - SGX - IMMEDIATE - #1127269

Job Description:

• Prepare group consolidated financial statements, reporting, and analysis for multi group and entities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidated reports, periodic SGX announcements, and annual statutory accounts.

• Supervise and review the accounts of subsidiary companies to ensure timely month-end closing and reporting.

• Prepare and submit statistical reports and surveys as required.

• Perform corporate tax calculations, reporting, and ensure compliance with all tax filing obligations.

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts for the Group.

• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in group consolidation and reporting.

• Prior experience in audit is preferred.

• Knowledge of tax filing and compliance.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
