The Opportunity:

1. 1 Year Contract Role (Subjected to conversion depending on business needs)
2. 5 days work week M - F 8.30am to 5.30pm (Hybrid working and flexi hours)
3. Basic up to $2800 (Depending on experience)+ end of contract bonus

The Job:

• Prepare, review, and send invoices, ensuring all supporting documents are obtained.
• Manage order revisions for breakages and confirm updates before invoicing.
• Review and amend Bills of Lading, margin details, and export documents as needed.
• Consolidate and review all export documents

The Talent:

• Minimum Nitec
• Open to candidates without experience
• Familiar with incoterms and sea shipping
