The Opportunity:

1.Shipping Executive
2. Permanent Role | Salary up to $3600
3. Location: Labrador Park

The Job:

• Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with stakeholders.
• Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks as needed.
• Plan and coordinate shipments according to customer schedules and product availability.
• Prepare and process Credit/Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other operational updates.

The Talent:

• Open to candidates without experience
• Minimum Diploma
• Familiar with incoterms and import/export
• Able to converse in mandarin as required to liaise with counterparts from China
