About the Opportunity

Join a highly reputable construction group with strong track records in major industrial and building developments across Singapore. We are hiring an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC strategy and full-cycle coordination for complex, large-scale industrial projects.

If you enjoy leading teams, driving digital construction, and setting project-wide BIM standards — this role offers strong visibility, long-term stability, and high-impact leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all BIM/VDC coordination with clients, consultants & subcontractors

• Develop & implement BIM Execution Plans, workflows, and standards

• Review models and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables

• Mentor and supervise BIM Coordinators & Modelers

• Coordinate production of shop drawings and documentation

• Lead clash detection, reporting, validation & resolution

• Drive BIM innovation and digital adoption within the project team

• Oversee architectural, structural & MEP BIM teams to meet milestones

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

• 8+ years of BIM management experience across A&A / C&S / MEP disciplines

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

• Experience in 4D/5D BIM is a plus

• Completed at least one full project lifecycle (design to as-built)

• Strong understanding of industrial project coordination

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
