Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing robotic/automation systems for aerospace manufacturing processes such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.

• Support integration of industrial robots into existing production and MRO workflows, including setup, calibration, and performance testing.

• Provide on-site support for the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimisation of robotic solutions used in airframe and engine maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, R&D) to ensure automation systems meet operational and safety requirements.

• Document test results, prepare technical reports, and assist in creating SOPs for automation and robotic processes.

• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and innovation projects involving robotics, machine vision, and industrial AI to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Robotics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related field

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

• Good knowledge of robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
