Brief Summary

• Basic up $6000 + Other allowance $200

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer delivery commitments and achieve production goals.

• Coordinate daily with the manufacturing department to resolve production issues and ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor production performance (e.g., OEE, plan execution) and drive improvement actions with relevant teams.

• Plan and coordinate material requirements and logistics to support production and new product launches.

• Analyze production data using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to create reports and support decision-making.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering.

• More than 2 years of planning management experience (experience in 6/8/12-inch FAB is preferred).

• English reading and writing skills.

• Proficient in Windows OS and Office software.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python.
