Job Scope:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents and staff

• Perform routine cleaning duties including washing bathrooms, toilets, floors, and common areas

• Assist in basic bed-making, tidying resident rooms, and arranging furniture when required

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute garments and linens

• Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are properly maintained and replenished

• Report any defects, repairs, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly

• Support simple resident-care related housekeeping tasks as assigned by nurses or management

• Carry out additional housekeeping tasks from the Operations Manager when required

Job Requirements:

• Able to perform cleaning duties involving movement, bending, and simple physical tasks

• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow cleanliness and safety procedures
