Summary:

• Location: North

• Basic salary up to $3000

• 5 working days per week (Mon – Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in overseeing daily project operations.

• Prepare cost sheets, estimates, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants from design stage through to project handover.

• Address project queries, review drawings, and resolve discrepancies.

• Attend meetings, manage stakeholder coordination, prepare shop drawings, and handle document submissions.

• Plan, track, and update project schedules to reflect any changes.

• Prepare progressive claims and other documents to ensure smooth payment processes.

• Work with suppliers to maintain seamless project execution.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• Good communication skills, able to work and manage tasks efficiently.

• Strong in documentation management and coordination

• Able to prepare, organize, and manage project documentation efficiently

• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills for handling reports, drawings, and submissions
