Sales Support Specialist (Retail or FMCG) - #1127086

Our client is distributor for Toys & Games / Lifestyle products. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Key Account Managers with order processing, inventory checks, and planogram preparation

• Coordinate Driver/Rider teams and plan daily delivery and collection schedules

• Support communication between the Sales Manager and clients, handling enquiries on payments, deliveries, and general follow-ups

• Maintain and update client information, product listings, and catalogues

• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Sales team

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or sales support

• Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC applications

• Passion for the Games & Toys industry is a bonus
