Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting for client platform–related problems.

• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary or permanent resolutions for escalated issues.

• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.

• Perform service requests related to client platforms.

• Monitor service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports.

• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.

• Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.

• Research and evaluate client platform tools.

• Provide system-related technical advice to customers or project teams.

• Manage client platform management systems.

• Oversee system changes through the change request process and provide status updates.

• Perform client platform–related presales tasks.

• Gather business and application requirements to perform infrastructure analysis and design.

• Ensure service levels meet requirements and implement action plans when necessary.

• Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure consistent operations across projects and facilities.

Requirements:

• Good command of English to liaise with various stakeholders.

• Possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC qualification or above.

• IT-savvy with a basic understanding of IT systems.

• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.

• Must be willing to take MMR and TDAP vaccinations (claimable).
