Job scope:

Ensure that the receipt, storage, issuance, and replenishment of Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) spare parts are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Make sure all withdrawals of engineering MRO spares are properly authorized and documented in a timely manner.
Monitor purchase orders and the completion of receiving activities and coordinate with Procurement on return shipments and related documentation.
Assist the supervisor in reviewing and optimizing storage space utilization.
Review and update procedures for Engineering Store operations, including forklift usage, material stacking, and other related tasks.
Maintain store housekeeping to meet cGMP standards.

Requirement:

Process related warehouse management experience
ITE/Diploma in warehouse related course
