Role summary:

• Earn up to $3,500 monthly basic.

Job scope:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.

• Respond to inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and billing teams for smooth service delivery.

• Manage collections, purchase orders, billing documentation, and maintain accurate NAV records.

• Prepare reports, service forms, compliance documents, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experiences required

• Diploma in Administrative, Supply Chain, Service Management, Business, or a related field
