FP&A Analyst, Finance Operations (6-Month Contract) - #1126972

As an FP&A Analyst, Finance Operations within the Group Finance team, you will provide essential operational support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of billing, management fee calculations, and correction of accounting entries, while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance in SAP and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate management fees in line with contractual agreements and company policies.

• Perform variance analysis between actual billing and budgeted figures, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

• Generate and validate inter-company billing advice, ensuring accurate posting to accounting systems.

• Investigate and resolve accounting entry errors in SAP or other ERP systems, maintaining data accuracy.

• Support month-end processes and contribute to timely preparation of management reports.

• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects or operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years’ experience in finance operations, FP&A support, or related roles.

• Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred due to the urgency of the role.
