Legal Counsel (Construction/ based in Singapore) - #1126962

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and provide legal advice as needed.

• Offer legal guidance and support to the group of companies on a wide range of commercial matters.

• Manage the establishment of subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, and project offices, as well as their closure or liquidation.

• Liaise with external legal counsel and consultants, and monitor the progress of their work.

• Work closely with and advise various business units and departments on legal issues.

• Perform any additional duties assigned from time to time.
  

Prerequisites:

• A Law degree.

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with knowledge of construction law and/or experience in the construction industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel when required.
