About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive to join our team at Primo Guards Pte Ltd. In this fulltime position based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of security personnel to various client sites

• Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure they are met

• Monitor and report on the performance of security personnel, identifying areas for improvement

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of security personnel

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to operations

• Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational processes and procedures

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our security services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or management role, preferably within the security or community services industry

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

• Proficient in using relevant software and tools to manage operations

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
