As the Senior Executive (Learning Solutions), you will be responsible for conducting learning and performance needs analysis, designing and implementing user-centred blended curriculum, and continuously improve them with effective, efficient and engaging instructional design. Your expertise will support revenue generation and ensure quality learning resources to improve workforce capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform learning and performance needs analysis to identify enterprises’ gaps and needs, using appropriate data collection methodologies, such as skills and CET trends analysis, stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups.
2. Design blended learning solutions based on effective, efficient and engaging instructional design that supports various learning modes including classroom and online environments.
3. Develop user-centric, technology-enabled learning resources and assessments that are engaging and align with learning objectives and outcomes.
4. Measure impact of learning solutions using appropriate methods of evaluation to demonstrate their effectiveness.
5. Continuously enhance and improve learning solutions using key insights such as from clients’ feedback, data analytics, TRAQOM evaluation, pre & post-course evaluation.
6. Coordinate the recruitment and manage Adult Educators (AE) including their contracts, engagement, scheduling, assignments, and continuous evaluation.
7. Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) to ensure AE delivers the learning solutions effectively and efficiently across both classroom and online environments.
8. Prepare, submit and track Course Approval to SSG, including supporting audits by them and/or other authorized agencies.
9. Be the subject matter expert of assigned domains. Curate, manage, and engage solution partners to strengthen relevant expertise in the design and development of learning solutions.
10. Assist to manage the Learning Management System.
Requirements:
1. Degree in any discipline, preferably in related fields such as Education, Learning & Development.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experiences, preferably in the Continuous Education and Training sector.
3. Certificate in ACTA/ACLP.
4. Certificate in DACE/DDDLP preferred.
5. Strong instructional design expertise and experience in designing learning solutions
6. Familiarity with funding regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes in the continuous education and training sector is desirable.
7. Excellent communication (oral, written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with teams and diverse stakeholders.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
9. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics tools are pluses.
