You will spearhead the launch and growth in the Singapore market. As the first marketing hire, you will develop and execute full-funnel strategies across digital, social, CRM, and retail touchpoints to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen loyalty.

A Japan MNC fine-jewellery retailer specializing in high-quality diamond and gemstone pieces, with a strong focus on modern, wearable luxury.

• Lead the end-to-end digital and omnichannel marketing strategy to launch and grow the brand in Singapore.
• Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and retail channels to drive awareness, traffic, and sales.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, website performance, and data optimization to improve visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
• Drive CRM, loyalty, and retention initiatives by integrating online and in-store customer data for personalized engagement.
• Manage content, social media, events, partnerships, and brand activations, ensuring strong storytelling and consistent brand presence across all platforms.

Requirements

• Strong digital marketing expertise - proven experience in performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and full-funnel campaign management.
• Experience in omnichannel or O2O marketing - ideally within retail, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
• Data-driven marketer - ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
