Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative / Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for selling a wide range of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, including lorry cranes, hooklifts, forklifts, tailgates, and trucks (cargo, dump, cement, garbage, and prime movers).
This role is ideal for individuals who understand the heavy-duty equipment market and have strong communication skills to engage customers effectively. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while expanding our market presence and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a range of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, including mid-size to large lorry cranes, hooklifts, forklifts, tailgates, and multiple truck types.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations, vehicle and equipment demonstrations, and site visits as required.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and quotations.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure sales orders to achieve monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment and after-sales services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategy development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, pipelines, and reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or machinery-related industries.
Must have hands-on sales experience with lorry cranes (mid to large cranes), hooklifts, forklifts, tailgates, and trucks (cargo, dump, cement, garbage, prime mover).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to converse well in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess strong customer service mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Class 3 or higher driving licence will be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a personal vehicle. Transport allowance will be provided.
Remuneration Package:
Basic salary + Transport allowance + Attractive sales commission
