Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct prototyping work using molding and processing equipment
• Operate basic analytical and evaluation instruments
• Document and maintain accurate test records and reports
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for R&D processes
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members

Requirements:
• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in plastic molding, processing, or synthetic fibre production will be an advantage
• Able to communicate in English to coordinate with internal teams
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage for work-related tasks
