1. Ensure that the quality of food prepared and cooked is consistent and of high standards
2. Prepare and cook food based on the assigned menus, prepare soft diet and puree meals from recipes as instructed by the Senior Manager / Senior Cook
3. Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen
4. Comply with hygiene and food standards set by Home
5. Comply with the department’s code of integrity: no removal of food items and property of the Home without proper authorization
6. Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance
7. Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Manager / Senior Cook
