Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Application Manager to drive business development and technical support across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for promoting Protecfire’s fire suppression systems, providing application engineering expertise, and supporting customers from pre-sales to post-installation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales opportunities across mining, refinery, wind turbine, heavy manufacturing, and public transport sectors.
• Provide technical consultation, post-installation support, system design, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations.
• Verify product quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to customize solutions and relay market feedback.
• Prepare technical proposal and specification, CAD schematic drawings, bill of materials and related technical documentation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
• Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field is a PLUS.
Minimum 5 years of mechanical or hydraulic engineering experience in fire protection or industrial safety systems preferably with CAD or system design tools experience.
Strong knowledge of fire suppression technologies including liquid agent, foam, gas, and powder systems.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and technical product portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with our internal departments in China is a requirement.
Willingness to travel regionally.
