Digital Marketing Intern and Design Intern - #1126812

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern and a Creative Design Intern to join our team. The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for creating digital marketing content, managing social media accounts, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting content creation activities. And the Creative Design Intern is responsible for e-commerce campaign visuals, social media ad creatives, website UI maintenance, and supporting the marketing team's creative needs.This is an on-site role located in Singapore.

Digital Marketing Intern Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Senior Marketing Executive in managing ecommerce campaigns

2. Analyse data, plan and execute other digital and offline marketing strategies

3. Other duties may include supporting content creation activities

•Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Technical Skills: Strong Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management (Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram),Knowledge in Ecommerce is a plus point,Able to analyse data and report on critical metrics,Understanding of SEO and analytics tools is a plus point,Content Creation and Marketing Campaign experience,Graphic Design and Video Editing skills

• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative Design Intern Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly E-Commerce Campaign (Hisense/Toshiba, Double Day/15th/25th Campaigns)

* Design key visuals, product banners, and promotional pages

* Adapt designs for different platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Website, etc.)

* Optimise designs to meet platform requirements

2. Website Blog UI Maintenance [Hisense/Toshiba]

* Update and refine blog page UI for better user experience

* May involve minor HTML/CSS adjustments

3. Update Creative Requests from Marketing

* Handle ongoing creative updates (e.g., promo changes, ad revisions)

* Coordinate with the marketing team for feedback and adjustments

4. Facebook/Instagram Ads Creative

* Create ad materials (static images, GIFs, short videos, etc.)

* Adjust formats to fit platform specifications

5. Assist with Marketing Team’s Additional Requests

* Tasks may include shooting video, exhibition visuals, etc.

* Work based on marketing team needs

Requirements:

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects/ Premiere Pro/Canva
