Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily manpower deployments across projects, collaborating with the Command Centre and other operational staff to ensure balanced distribution at the company level.

• Manage performance, morale, and discipline for assigned projects, including compliance checks during night shifts to maintain security standards.

• Conduct on-job training, briefings, and updates for the security team to ensure familiarity with site processes and recent developments.

• Investigate security incidents, vet reports, and prepare comprehensive after-action reviews.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned projects.

• Regularly perform security and safety risk assessments to ensure the relevance of operating procedures.

• Manage and coordinate emergency drills to keep the team prepared for crises.

• Act as a company representative or account manager in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports to management.

• Oversee administration, documentation, and logistics for your projects.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of security officers as needed.

• Provide necessary support to ensure smooth operations at project sites.

• Perform on-site stand-in duties and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and manage demanding work schedules.

• Possessing of Class 2, 2A, 2B, 3, or 3A driving licenses is an advantage.
