Location: North Area

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) & Saturday (9am-1pm)

Remuneration Package:

Total gross up to S$ 4,000:

• Basic up to S$ 2,500

• Mobile Allowance S$ 50

• Quarterly Commission

• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will drive demand for our client's building-related products and support long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry. Your main duties will involve:

• Proactively seeking and developing new business opportunities in the construction sector.

• Sustaining strong connections with current customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

• Monitoring market movements, industry developments, and competitor activities to uncover potential growth areas.

• Reviewing simple technical drawings to prepare precise cost estimates and assist with claim submissions.

• Maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism in all interactions.

• Expanding your technical and product knowledge through regular meetings, site engagements, and continuous learning.

• Working closely with colleagues to support shared objectives and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of B2B Sales Experience, ideally in the construction or building materials sector.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.

• Goal-driven mindset with dedication to meeting objectives and supporting team achievements.
