As we expand, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Admin who’s sharp with details, confident handling refund and dispute cases, and proactive in daily platform tasks. Commission-Based Role Base pay + attractive commissions for performance and successful dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle refund and return cases across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Manage dispute cases with platforms and customers when required
Assist walk-in customers at the office when needed
Pack parcels during peak periods
Label, wrap, and prepare stocks for dispatch
Update stock quantities and listings on platforms
Support general admin or ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce admin or retail support preferred
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop backend systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts)
Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask effectively
Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
