932 Design Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring the materials and services needed to support our projects, with a strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include supplier research and relationship management, negotiation, procurement strategy, and maintaining accurate documentation—all contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation, ordering, and delivery follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.

• Work closely with designer, project, and accounts departments to meet delivery, and payment requirements.

• Coordinate inbound, outbound shipments and deliveries efficiently.

• Responsible for procurement functions including RFQ (Request for Quotation), PO (Purchase Order), obtaining necessary approvals and documentation management.

• Contribute to enhancing the company's purchasing policy.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience required; experience in the construction or property development industry is an advantage.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

• Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent negotiation skills, great interpersonal skill, independent, organized with positive work attitude.
