Banking - Account Servicing Officer - #1126680

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours (by default 9-6)
(OT may or may not be expected occasionally due to nature of banking industry)]
Location: east
Duration: 12 months contract (renew/convert based on performance/business needs)
Salary: Based on Salary Benchmarking
A) Reconciliation
• Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards & Unsecured Loans
B) Investigation
• Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Escalate to Team Manager on any other exceptions.
• Apply the knowledge learnt & propose ideas to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
C) Others
• Assist and support TM/TL in system enhancements or process improvement project.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirement
• 2 years of experience in financial institutions, with knowledge in reconciliation would be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good team player
• Positive thinking and able to work independently.
