What You'll Do:

• Develop, support, and carry out approved training programs and activities.

• Maintain clients’ safety, hygiene, and overall well-being at all times.

• Assist clients in acquiring and sustaining daily living skills, community integration skills, and positive social behaviors.

• Perform ongoing assessments, training, and evaluations to support clients’ comprehensive development.

• Keep detailed and accurate client documentation, such as attendance records, progress notes, behavior observation charts, incident logs, individual care plans, and communication with caregivers.

• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to enhance each client’s growth and progress.

• Observe and report on clients’ physical and mental health, raising concerns when necessary.

• Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery consistent with the organisation’s goals.

• Take part in organisational events, fundraising efforts, and volunteer activities and other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels (relevant certifications or training in disability care or special education is a plus)

• Responsible, patient, and empathetic, with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Prior experience in disability services, social care, or special-needs education is a plus
