What You'll Do:
Develop, support, and carry out approved training programs and activities.
Maintain clients’ safety, hygiene, and overall well-being at all times.
Assist clients in acquiring and sustaining daily living skills, community integration skills, and positive social behaviors.
Perform ongoing assessments, training, and evaluations to support clients’ comprehensive development.
Keep detailed and accurate client documentation, such as attendance records, progress notes, behavior observation charts, incident logs, individual care plans, and communication with caregivers.
Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to enhance each client’s growth and progress.
Observe and report on clients’ physical and mental health, raising concerns when necessary.
Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery consistent with the organisation’s goals.
Take part in organisational events, fundraising efforts, and volunteer activities and other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Minimum GCE N/O Levels (relevant certifications or training in disability care or special education is a plus)
Responsible, patient, and empathetic, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Prior experience in disability services, social care, or special-needs education is a plus
