Working Location: Jurong East or Kent Ridge (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary:

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will ensure the company HR Group Shared Services are delivered consistently, accurately, and promptly. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support Onboarding, Offboarding, and Onsite-related activities.

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.

·         Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.

·         Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.

·         Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.

·         Ensure the services are delivered in line with Company’s policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.

·         Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within company HR Group Shared Services.

·         Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements

·         Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

·         Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.

·         Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

·         Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.

·         IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.

·         Organised, meticulous and proactive.

·         A team player with good interpersonal skills.
