Job Title: Technical Support
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and provide reasonable solutions to help them win projects.
2. Train clients on product technical knowledge to help them quickly familiarize themselves with product solutions.
3. Compile product technical documents to help clients quickly familiarize themselves with product configurations.
4. Quickly resolve clients' daily product technical issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, electronics, communications, or other related STEM fields.
2. Prior experience in testing or technical support is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, and summarizing skills, and a strong team spirit.
4. Proficient in Chinese as a working language.
