Quality Engineer - Customer Support
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Woodlands (Company Transport Provided)
Basic Salary: $3300 - $4300

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer quality issues promptly and effectively.

• Drive continuous improvement for products and manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with process and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct process optimization and benchmarking using statistical tools and analysis software.

• Prepare quality reports and provide insights on quality trends.

• Support and coordinate external audits in compliance with TS and ISO standards.

• Monitor product performance trends and identify areas for quality enhancement.

• Work closely with customers on technical quality matters to ensure satisfaction and prevent recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of statistical software and quality tools

• Willing to travel overseas to support customers and handle quality-related matters.

• Willing to learn, Training is Provided
