About the role
Gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition through this 6-month internship opportunity at Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, located in the Woodlands North Region. As an Intern, you will be an integral part of our Recruitment team, contributing to the entire employee lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This is a fantastic chance to develop in-demand skills and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
What you'll be doing
Assist with the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding of new hires
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify top talent
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, and social media
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team as needed
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in the HR domain
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
