About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Server to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in the Changi Airport East Region SG. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and organised manner

4. Maintain a clean and well-stocked dining area

5. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

6. Assist with light food preparation as needed

7. Comply with all health and safety regulations

8. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a food server or in a similar customer service role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

4. Excellent time management and organisational skills

5. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

7. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
