About the Venture
Chong Fong Group is launching a new venture focused on single-phase immersion cooling and high-density GPU / data center solutions.
We help data centers and enterprises run AI workloads more efficiently by improving PUE, rack density and energy costs, and by enabling higher power densities per rack through immersion-cooled infrastructure.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help build this new business from the ground up.
You will:
Represent the venture in Singapore and the region,
Build brand awareness, and
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
You must be comfortable with technical topics (GPU, data center, cooling) and able to turn them into clear, compelling marketing messages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and go-to-market plans for immersion cooling and AI data center solutions.
Position our solutions vs traditional air cooling and other liquid/immersion alternatives.
Create presentations, brochures, case studies, and LinkedIn / digital content.
Plan and run campaigns, webinars, and events to support lead generation and partner engagement.
Manage website, LinkedIn and other digital channels, including coordination of SEO/SEM, email and basic analytics (or agencies).
Support sales and partners with marketing materials, proposals and joint marketing activities.
Represent the venture at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events as a credible technical-marketing voice.
Requirements
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience in one or more of:
Data centers / colocation
IT infrastructure / servers / networking
GPUs / AI infrastructure / HPC
Cooling / thermal management solutions
Proven track record working closely with sales and technical / engineering teams.
Technical & Industry Knowledge (Must-Have)
Solid working knowledge of data center environments, including:
Power and cooling basics, white space, rack layout.
Key concepts: PUE, kW per rack, rack density, hot/cold aisle, Tier levels.
Understanding of GPU / AI infrastructure, for example:
AI or HPC servers using NVIDIA / AMD GPUs.
How AI workloads drive high power density and cooling demand.
Familiar with cooling technologies and trade-offs:
Traditional air cooling vs liquid cooling vs immersion cooling.
Pros/cons in terms of energy efficiency, reliability, footprint, retrofit vs greenfield deployments.
Awareness of the ecosystem and value chain, including:
Server OEMs / system integrators (e.g. Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Inspur, etc.).
Data center operators / colos / DC REITs, GPU cloud providers and enterprises with in-house AI or edge data centers.
Where immersion cooling solutions fit into this overall stack.
Technical & Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-Have)
Experience marketing to one or more of these segments:
Colocation data centers and DC operators.
GPU / AI cloud providers or HPC providers.
Enterprises with on-prem / edge data centers (finance, manufacturing, research, government, etc.).
Familiarity with basic technical/financial metrics used in customer conversations:
Power & cooling capacity per rack, DC footprint, energy cost savings, TCO / ROI calculations.
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English; able to explain technical topics to non-technical decision makers.
Confident presentation skills for customer meetings, webinars and events.
Comfortable being hands-on in a lean, fast-moving startup environment – you plan, write, coordinate and execute.
