Responsibilities:
Compliance and Government Liaison:
Responsible for the company's compliance management and government affairs liaison in Singapore.
Handle matters related to tripartite agencies (TADM, MOM, etc.), including processing employee Central Provident Fund (CPF), personal income tax, and other basic personnel affairs.
Act as the primary contact person for the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), coordinating relevant inspections, communications, and subsequent improvement work.
Training System Management:
Assist in optimizing the training system for chain restaurant operation and service standards.
Coordinate employee onboarding training, safety knowledge training, and skills enhancement training.
Track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Headquarters departments (Food Safety, Human Resources, Chain Operations, etc.).
Communicate and implement domestic and international standard requirements.
Facilitate the execution of cross-departmental work and problem resolution.
Human Resources Operations:
Support the Headquarters in executing the full cycle of Human Resources work for the Singapore region, including:
Recruitment
Training organization
Payroll and benefits calculation
Performance appraisal
Handling employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding procedures
Attendance management
Management of employment contracts and personnel files.
