Shipping Supply Chain Coordinator - #1126119

Key Information:

• Working location: Jurong East

• 2 way transport at Jurong East MRT

• 5 day 8.30am to 5.45pm

• Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

Inbound Logistics

• Monitor expected deliveries and ensure import documents are complete and accurate

• Prepare customs declarations and assign correct tariff codes

• Process goods receipt notes and supplier invoices, and liaise with Accounts for timely payment

• Maintain organized document archiving for supplier records

• Manage ordering, inventory, and stock postings for packaging and marketing materials

• Create purchase orders when required and update item ETA information in Navision

Outbound Logistics

• Generate warehouse pick requests based on stock availability, priority, and customer requirements

• Assist with annual inventory checks for sample items

Export & Shipment Coordination

• Handle all export shipments accurately while ensuring compliance with customs, trade laws, foreign regulations, and customer-specific requirements

• Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of all shipments

• Maintain proper filing of shipping documents

• Monitor freight charges, seeking cost-effective solutions and improvements

• Update and maintain forwarder details in Navision

Requirements:

• NITEC, Diploma in any field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Prior in experience in shipping, distribution or supply chain industry will be added advantage
