Job Description:
Manage sales activities such as enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
Consult with prospects and pursue sales opportunities to close the deals effectively
Brainstorm and tailor proposals to match client’s requirements
Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality
Source and manage venues, vendors, entertainment and all event related requirements
Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event
Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event
Key liaison between client, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
Manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to work independently and problem solve
Must be an effective team member
Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance at all time
Past experience in sales and client facing role is a plus.
