Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train staff, create schedules and conduct performance reviews.
Manage daily operations, ensure food quality, maintain cleanliness, and enforce health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints, ensure a positive guest experience, and build customer relationships.
Support with hiring, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Implement strategies to control operational costs, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including inventory management and scheduling / timesheet management.
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1).
Guest-oriented with a warm, polite, and professional demeanor.
Outgoing and engaging, able to build quick rapport with guests.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different guest needs.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Experience in mentoring or coaching staff.
Strong communication skills across all levels.
Disciplined, reliable, and committed to upholding service and operational standards.
