The Role:
Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities
Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
A good understanding of Singapore's talent market and have prior experience in conducting proactive searches for potential candidates through market-mapping & databases etc
Candidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantage
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills and possess the ability to engage candidates of all levels of seniority
Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Ability to perform under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team
